Transformation doesn’t happen by accident – it happens by repetition.
This is your month to commit!
Get ready for a month filled with madness, movement, and motivation at DRIP. As our community continues to grow, so does our incredible team – please join us in giving a warm welcome to Fran as the newest member of our DRIP Fam!
A huge congratulations to everyone participating in our 26 in 2026 Challenge… you’re almost there! You still have one more day to finish strong.
Now it’s time to suit up and find your partners, because March Madness is officially underway. Expect energy, teamwork, and plenty of sweat as we take on the month together.
Thank you, as always, for your continued patience while we work through the humidity repairs. We have temporarily installed a commercial humidification unit in the hot room, and it has absolutely delivered that juicy, steamy feel we all love so much. Your support and understanding mean everything to us and we strive to always find solutions to keep your sweat sessions top tier.
Whether you’re here to build strength, find clarity, sweat out stress, or just feel like YOU again… this is your season! Let’s bring the energy, show up for one another, and make this a killer month at DRIP.
With so much gratitude,
Emily & the Drip Team 💧
MEET FRAN!

Fran brings over 11 years of dedicated practice and 3½ years of teaching experience in the Original Hot Yoga series to the DRIP community. After a lifetime of running, sports, and parenting led to a collection of injuries, Fran first stepped into a hot yoga room in south Naperville in 2014 — unsure of what to expect, but quickly discovering a practice she would never leave.
She credits hot yoga as truly transformative, helping to heal the body, restore alignment, improve focus, and deepen overall mind-body awareness. After eight years of consistent practice, Fran pursued her OHYA 200-hour certification, inspired to share the benefits of yoga with others and to demonstrate that growth and healing are possible at any age or stage of life.
Fran often reminds students that yoga teaches us to become comfortable with the uncomfortable — learning to breathe, listen, and trust the body through every challenge.
Outside the studio, Fran enjoys a full and active life with her husband, three adult children, and her grandson, who keeps her constantly on the move. She is grateful to be part of the DRIP community and looks forward to supporting students on their individual yoga journeys.
