We have our FIRST challenge of 2026!!

26 classes in 6 weeks in 2026.  Jan 18-Feb 28.  6 weeks to complete.  Approx 4 classes a week.

This isn’t about pushing harder. It’s about showing up consistently and letting the shifts happen naturally. Stronger body, calmer mind, clearer focus – most students are surprised how quickly things start to change when they simply keep coming back to the mat!  🙌
Try taking at least 26 classes in a six week period. That’s approximately 4 workouts a week which is minium gold standard for optimal health. This not only allows for a variety of classes, but  also time for recovery.
Consistency beats intensity every time!

Sometimes students will say ‘I’m only coming to Drip four times a week’ as in comparison to those students who come to class everyday or as in feeling guilty that they are not able to take class everyday. In actuality, coming to Drip 4-6 times a week is a very healthy, sustainable rhythm!
At this 4-6 times per week frequency, your body has enough stimulus to build strength, improve cardiovascular health, increase flexibility, and reduce stress —  while still having time to recover. Recovery is where your muscles repair, your nervous system resets, and your energy stays high.
Showing up 3–4 times a week consistently will almost always lead to better long-term results versus pushing too hard every day and burning out.  Health isn’t about doing the most — it’s about doing what you can maintain.
Consistency > Intensity
If you’re moving your body intentionally 4-6 times a week, you’re doing exactly what your body needs to stay strong, resilient, and well.
Coming to class 4-6 times a week is not “only” — it’s actually the sweet spot.
That rhythm gives your body exactly what it needs to build strength, boost endurance, stay flexible, and keep your energy high – without burning out. The magic doesn’t just happen in the hot room; it happens when your body has time to recover, reset, and come back stronger.
At Drip, we believe in showing up consistently, not obsessively. Four to six intentional classes a week done over time will always beat going hard every day and crashing.
