September News – Fall, is that you?
Greetings friends! With Summer loosening its grip and Fall right around the corner, we wanted to bring you up-to-date with studio news, schedule changes, new class offerings, and everything in between! We pride ourselves in always offering the best HOT classes in the area with a wide range of styles available. If you feel like you’re in a rut, try a new class style or a new instructor! New Fall Schedule Starting September 8th -[Back On] YIN Yoga on Sunday’s at 4:30PM – 5:30PM -[Change] Tuesday Yoga Sculpt at 7:00PM is now POUND! -[Change] Thursday Yoga Sculpt at 9:00AM is now POUND IHP EXPRESS IS HERE TO STAY!!! Every M/W/F from 6:00AM – 6:45AM (showers and amenities are available to those that need to go straight to work) |
POUND- BE A ROCKSTAR! POUND is a full-body cardio jam session, combining light resistance with constant simulated drumming. The workout incorporates cardio, isometric movements and Pilates to strengthen and sculpt muscles. Through continual upper body motion using lightly weighted exercise drumsticks, called RipStix, you’ll turn into a calorie-torching drummer, POUNDing off the pounds as each song flies by! Don’t miss out on the debut of POUND on Saturday, September 7th at 12:00PM as our first POP class into Fall. It will be co-taught with Emily and Misa, our newest member to the Drip team! |
